Our Vision
Our main goal of the Rabbit Ear Farm-rabbit meat production is to maximize the meat production specially due to of its healthy offered white meat and excellent health benefits. This to offer and sustain as well the needed meat consumption within the community and to explore the potential volume to supply the food shortage in the meat industry.
How we started
The Farm
As Early of 2022, We start our farm with the idea of rearing a pet rabbits. At first, we started to rare Rabbit breed in which Teddy bear, Lion head and Mini Rex. Our Farm located at Gertak Sanggul, Penang Malaysia in which the environment are suitable for breeding rabbits and other farming animals. We study about their food, diet leaves available around and environment needed for them to survive. In order to multiply fast, we started breeding and study their breeding capability and they are fast to multiply.
While exploring further, we found out that there are types of Rabbit breed that meant for meat type and consumption purpose which is New Zealand white and Californian Rabbits.
We choose to try New Zealand white breed which readily available in Malaysia and suitable for Malaysia's climate.
We bought 10 females and 2 males from the local breeders as well. From then, our rabbits multiply fast and with in 5 months it goes the number about 120 baby rabbits.
And that's the start and further explore in Rabbit Meat industry in which we believe that this market are still new and it's growing industry since Rabbit meat are offered The healthiest and nutritious white meat know to man.
Our Rabbits and Dietary food
Our Rabbits are Feed with natural foods with sustainability that available in our surroundings like Mulberry leaves, Moringa, Napier Grass,
Hay and rabbit pellets for normal days. Our Rabbits are Free from Antibiotics. We didn't use any artificial medicine for their treatment.
Instead, we use natural way and available medicinal plants to treat them.
